I love my F18! The suspension is awesome, more than capable enough for my heavy frame of 250lb. I still can't bottom out. The Kingsong app has a LOT of information and settings that can tweak the EUC to meet my needs.
Great service. Would buy from them again. Basically held my hand through the entire shopping process. Responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Amazing place to do business with.
I've had the F18 for a week and it has been flawless and performs as advertised. I'm choosing 4 stars over 5 for two reasons; 1) The rear bracket blocking rear pad placement and lack of a seat. 2) For people like me who don't want to read through endless 5 star reviews.
My only previous EUC experience is on a friend's S18PRO for over 2000 miles. That wheel served me well and helped me figure out what I wanted next, which ended up being this after a few weeks of research. I was close to getting a Lynx-S, but I couldn't justify the price over the F18. It has functioned perfectly so far and I have not experienced anything out of the ordinary.
I want to state that I've gotten the impression that a lot of EUC riders appear to fanboy a bit too hard for the brands they like. While my only experience with EUCs is two KingSong wheels, they have served me well and their customer support has been good so far. I've messaged them 4 times, including a request for a partial refund when their discount code had doubled less than a week after my F18 purchase, and they were happy to apply the updated discount. The longest response took over a day (which was during the weekend) but I took no issue with that. KingSong's support has been consistent for me.
Product was as advertised
Would be great have it highlightedthat it did come with the rubber pads as the ones on the wheel are difficult to transfer without damaging them. Have ordered the rubber pads separately.
This wheel is fantastic! I learned initially on a V12 which was heavy and clunky then week 3 I got my S18pro and there was no looking back! Light, agile and great power right up to 30mph. I'm a big guy 6'5" and about 280lbs with all my gear on and this little KS commuter Cadillac is smooth and easy to control. I can easily pop up and down curbs, negotiate traffic, hit a few off road trails around campus and the local fire trails with confidence! Riding the S18 full out at its top speeds on the flats, I can go about 16 miles round trip. If I ride more conservatively 15-20mph, I can almost double that range. Great wheel for learning, commuting or even just putting in the trunk for Emergencies. Love this wheel so much & You Will Too! I have accesorized mine with Chris Clark pads in California (chrisclark.com) which give fantastic added control and stability. I added baby bumpers on the inside edge so they don't cut into my ankle and baby bumper to the front edge which i use to park the wheel so I don't need a stand. Also added numerous different colored flashing light to make sure folks can see me...but I always assume they can't to avoid being hit;-D. I also added protective wrap to protect the body but the cultivation pads also double as protection! The suspension sliders and boots came dry and had stiction so i lubed them with slick honey and ooh what a difference, so smooth now! Clean this area after each ride and re apply lube! The S18 Pro+ has been the perfect upgrade from my retired inmotion v10f, a few days in and I'm loving it. The larger 18" tire on this weight class wheel does not disappoint! (PS, the foam it ships in makes a good stand!)
On my usual commute, the display is easy to glance at and feels thoughtfully integrated.
The built-in music is fun for casual rides and surprisingly loud, but it took me a bit to get fully comfortable.
Night visibility is excellentthe headlight actually helps you read the road. The suspension takes the sharp edge off cracks and speed bumps.
The Smart BMS monitoring in the app is not marketing fluff; the big battery takes away range anxiety on a windy waterfront stretch where stability matters.
I would absolutely buy this again as my first EUC. It made learning enjoyable instead of frustrating.
For city riding, build quality feels sturdy and well-finished for everyday riding.
On patched streets, build quality feels sturdy and well-finished for everyday riding.
For city riding, the trolley handle and kickstand sound minor, but they make daily use so much easier.
Night visibility is excellentthe headlight actually helps you read the road. Having a kickstand is a small thing that ends up being a big deal.

Right from the first ride, the display is easy to glance at and feels thoughtfully integrated.
The IPX6-rated key components for rain and splash resistance is not marketing fluff; the lighting makes night riding feel a lot safer on errands across town with a backpack.
The display is easy to glance at and feels thoughtfully integrated. It feels planted once you're moving, especially on longer straight roads.
